Renovation work in the Marble Bath
Dear guests,
the marble bath and the whirlpool will be closed for renovations
starting August 10, 2026, for an estimated three weeks.
We will extend your stay by one hour free of charge.

Note regarding the renovation work
Dear guests,
starting August 6, 2026, renovation work on the showers and restrooms in the "Kuppelbad" (dome pool) area will begin, in addition to the tiling work already underway there.
As part of this project, the sanitary facilities in the Kuppelbad area will be retiled and comprehensively renovated. Consequently, the showers and restrooms in this area will be temporarily unavailable.
Please use the alternative sanitary facilities indicated by signage during this period.
There may be occasional minor noise disturbances during the construction work. We are making every effort to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

Important Information for Bonus and Premium Card Holders!
Dear guests,
to use the new point-of-sale system, all Bonus and Premium cards must be exchanged.
Please hand in your current card at the spa's ticket counter on your next visit. Since the technical conversion will take place in our office, you will receive a receipt upon handing in your card. You can then pick up your new card at the ticket counter three business days later by presenting this receipt.

Vouchers: The redemption of vouchers, tickets, and multi-visit passes is limited to the statutory limitation period of three years. Older vouchers or those without a stated purchase date will not be accepted. For tickets and multi-visit passes issued more than 12 months prior to purchase, we reserve the right to retroactively charge any applicable price increases.
swimming course Kuppelbad
Dear Guests!
Swimming courses take place in the Kuppelbad on Mondays* from 11:40 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. and Fridays* from 2:30 p.m. to 6:20 p.m.
Afterwards, at 6:50 p.m., we offer aqua gymnastics* (approx. 50 minutes).
Please note that there may be increased noise levels during the courses. (*not during holidays and public holidays)
