Before visiting the Cassiopeia Spa
A visit to the Cassiopeia Spa is only possible with an officially confirmed negative corona test. This must not be older than 24 hours. A self-test carried out independently is not sufficient. Persons who have been fully vaccinated (14 days after the second vaccination) or who have recovered with the corresponding proof in accordance with the Covid19-Schutzmaßnahme-Ausnahmeverordnung of the federal government as well as children under 6 years of age are exempt from the testing obligation. Please have the appropriate proof and a photo ID ready at the entrance.

All guests must fill out one of the contact forms on display every day before entering the spa and hand it in at the cash desk so that possible chains of infection can be traced. After four weeks, they are deleted. No admission can take place without the contact data being provided. The forms for data collection are available in the waiting area in the spa foyer.
Stay at the Cassiopeia Spa
Please disinfect your hands before entering the spa. General hygiene measures, coughing and sneezing etiquette and maintaining a minimum distance of 1.50 m from other people apply.
You are required to wear a medical mask from the time you enter the spa until you lock your clothes in the changing locker and in the spa bistro and wellness oasis. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the mask obligation.
The rental of towels and bathrobes is currently not possible.
Guests who have already paid the sauna entrance fee can use the rest areas in the Roman-Irish Bath free of charge.

Our bistro is open with limited service. You are required to wear a medical mask until you are seated at the table.
The Wellness Oasis is open with a limited range of treatments. We offer body massages and a visit to our sand light bath.
